MOQ & Samples
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For standard products in stock, our MOQ is as low as 50 pieces. For custom colors or private label logos, the MOQ starts from 500 pieces. Please contact us for specific details based on your model.
Can I get a sample before bulk order? Is it free?
Yes, we strongly encourage testing samples.
Stock samples: Free of charge (freight collect).
Custom samples: A small setup fee applies, which is 100% refundable once your bulk order exceeds 1,000 pieces.
Customization
What kind of printing services do you offer?
We offer a full range of branding options including Laser Engraving (most popular for durability), Silk Screen Printing, Heat Transfer, UV 3D Printing, and Embossing.
Can you help with packaging design?
Yes. We provide standard white boxes, but we can also customize color boxes, cylinder tubes, or display crates with your brand design to make your product retail-ready.
Production & Shipping
What is the lead time for mass production?
Generally, it takes 25-35 days after the deposit payment and pre-production sample approval. For rush orders, please contact our team to check priority slots.
What are your shipping terms?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). If you don't have a forwarder, we can handle the shipping directly to your warehouse (door-to-door service), including tax clearance.
Payment & Quality
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) and PayPal (for samples). Our standard term is a 30% deposit to start production and the 70% balance before shipment or against the Bill of Lading copy.
How do you ensure product quality?
Quality is our priority. We conduct 3 rounds of inspection: Raw material check, inline inspection during production, and final random inspection (AQL Standard) before packing. We also welcome 3rd-party inspections like SGS or Intertek.
